OUR NATION IS IN PERIL

I am concerned about State sovereignty, disregard for fiscal responsibility and loss of citizen’s rights, liberty and freedom. Now is the time, this is the place, to take our country back from an oppressive federal government.

Parents lead families, Mayors and Councils lead cities, Commissioners lead counties, Governors and Legislators lead states. Citizens are crying out for leadership to unite and act to preserve individual freedoms.  I believe this is best done at the State level.

The time has come to actively engage the federal government and reassert rights that were never intended for the federal government to have.  To accomplish this, there must be a State wide effort to introduce, pass and implement legislation to reclaim State sovereignty.

If enough State Governors would unite and assume the task to reclaim State’s rights from an oppressive federal government; County Commissioners, City Mayors and citizens could and would join in affirming the provisions of our Constitution and the liberties and freedoms provided therein.

A dictatorial Executive Branch and a do nothing Legislative Branch of our federal government has created a nation in peril. We must act, or all is lost!

Proposed Immigration Action Plan

  • Legislation is required to enforce provisions of SB 81 Utah Immigration Act of 2008
      • Sanction public contractors who do not verify worker eligibility
      • A/G MOU with DHS/ICE must require local law enforcement agencies to train personnel to enforce federal immigration law and eliminate sanctuary cities for illegal aliens
      • Monitor state agencies that provide state benefits and licenses, to guarantee benefits and licenses are given only to those authorized to receive them
  • New legislation requiring all, both public and private contractors use a federal verification system to verify worker eligibility, similar to the laws in Arizona, Mississippi and South Carolina.
  • Implement a Legislative investigation into the actions of state wide ethnic advocacy groups who use Utah taxpayer money to promote, advise, train, incite and foment advantages for a select group.
